About VS Grenier

VS Grenier is a Mom's Choice Honoree, an award-winning author, partner & talk radio personality on BlogTalkRadio's featured World of Ink Network, speaker, creative writing instructor for Dixie State University's Community Education program and Director of the St. George Book Festival.


She learned how to hone her writing skills at the Institute of Literature and James Patterson's MasterClass on Writing. Her picture book "BABYSITTING SUGARPAW" is a Mom's Choice Silver Award-winner and 2011 League of Utah Writer's Silver Quill Award-winner. In 2007 & 2008, Grenier was voted one of the Top Ten Editors in the Preditors & Editors Reader's Poll, she also won 2nd place for her article about, "Yes, Virginia, There is a Santa Claus" and 7th place for her article, "Dinosaur Tracks in My Backyard," for P&E Best Nonfiction.
Grenier is a member of the League of Utah Writers, has been a freelance editor for various small publishers, a former president of the Heritage Writer's Guild (a chapter of LUW) and is the founder of the Southern Utah Literacy Council.
She currently lives in Utah, but is a Southern California girl and misses the coast line on hot summer days. She loves spending time outdoors, walking and traveling. After a long career in the fashion world as a buyer, she said goodbye to Los Angeles, moved to Southern Utah and began her writing career. 
When Grenier isn't busy speaking, visiting with fans, on the radio or traveling with her family, she is busy writing new adventures in the World of Ink.
