|

“Who received a Granny?” Penny
crossed her arms and stomped her foot.
“Not me.” I took my hands off
the keyboard and started dusting the book shelves. “Jingo did it!"
“Children have extraordinary imaginations.
They love to pretend and play. My children used to have an imaginary friend, one was Jingo. My daughters would blame stuff
on Jingo. So I took that concept and embellished Penny and her friend Jingo. Stories for Children has provided an opportunity
for Penny and Jingo. The original story appeared in May and Jingo Did It! appeared in December. The third story, A Salad For
Jingo appears in this month’s April issue.
“I look forward to writing further
stories with Jingo in the future. Of course, I need to find him.” ~ Roy Kindelberger, Fiction ages 3-6 3rd
